Meet Joel
Joel's passion for dietetics came from his own experience. At 16 years old, he began experiencing gut health issues and was referred to a dietitian by his doctor. As a generally fit, young, and healthy person, Joel was sceptical about whether a dietitian would be able to help him. However, once the consultation began, he realised how much more there was to learn about diet and nutrition.
After just a few days of following the dietitian's advice, Joel's symptoms disappeared. His brain fog reduced, his energy levels increased, and every aspect of his life began to improve. It was then that Joel decided to enrol in a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics at Griffith University on the Gold Coast.
Today, Joel continues to believe in the power of nutrition to transform lives and is committed to guiding his clients towards sustainable dietary and lifestyle changes.
"I feel so lucky to be able to improve people's lives by doing what I love."
